The house is strategically centered in the San Stae area from were you can reach the historic center with just a few minutes of walking or via the "Vaporetto".

"Vaporetto" is the local way of public transportation.

We are only 8 min from the railway or 10 min from the car parking via the Vaporetto. If you’d rather walk, you can reach Rialto’s Bridge in 8 min and San Marc Square in 20 min.
The Accademia and the Guggenheim Gallery is in 20min via the Vaporetto.

Rooms

Recently completely renovated, all rooms are independent with double bed, private bathroom with shower, independent heating and air-condition, and WIFI included in the price. Upon request we can add or exchange the double bed with twin beds (call for pricing).
All rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels for the shower, hair dryer, small refrigerator, microwave and everything you need to make yourself a cup of Tea and instant coffee that we are pleased to provide you with a welcome package that includes fruit juice, and a Venice map with Personalized itineraries.

Room prices does Not includes the continental breakfast. Although breakfast will not be served, Free tea and instant coffee will be provided

Price

Room rates range from € 35,00 a € 170,00 per night per room.

Extra bed can be added in each room for additional € 20,00.
The Day Tourist Taxes are not include.

Le camere

Completamente rinnovate di recente, sono tutte stanze indipendenti con letto matrimoniale, servizi privati con doccia in camera, riscaldamento indipendente, aria condizionata, WIFI incluso nel prezzo. Se si desidera avere Letti Separati anziché matrimoniale, possiamo aggiungere un letto extra.

Tutte le camere hanno in dotazione le lenzuola ed i teli per la doccia, asciugacapelli, piccolo frigorifero, microonde e tutto il necessario per farsi una tazza di Té e caffè solubile che siamo lieti di offrirvi come pure dei succhi di frutta e biscotti come "Benvenuto" oltre alla Mappa di Venezia con itinerari Personalizzati.

A seconda della stagione i prezzi variano da un minimo di € 35,00 ad un massimo di € 170,00 per notte per camera doppia ( I prezzi si intendono per camera non per persona).
Le tasse di soggiorno non sono incluse.

Directions:

The best way to get to the house is to first find your way to the Piazzale Roma, the main and only parking place in Venice.
Then Find the Vaporetto stop for linea #1 and exit at the San Stae exit.
Out of the Vaporetto, keep going straight along the main road and take your first right called Calle Tron. The house is the second door on your right at #1964.
If you land at Marco Polo Airport in Venice (approximately 40 min). Your best and most direct way is via Alilaguna bus boat (approximately 25 Euro each person): Directions from Marco Polo Airport
From the Railway station Saint Lucia
To take to the Vaporetto line #1 and exit to the Saint Stae stop (the 3rd stop).
From Sant Stae exit: keep going straight along the main road and take your first right called "Calle Tron". The house is the second door on your right at #1964.

Dall'Aeroporto MARCO POLO di Venezia (durata tragitto circa 40 min).
Direzioni dall'Aereoporto Marco Polo di Venezia via Alilaguna .
Dall'Aeroporto MARCO POLO di Treviso " SAN GIUSEPPE" (durata tragitto 1h e15 min).
Prendere navetta ATVO fino a Piazzale Roma.
Tragitto da Piazzale Roma
Prendere il battello pubblico linea 1 e scendere a San Stae (04 fermate).
Tragitto dalla Stazione Ferroviaria Santa Lucia
Prendere il battello pubblico linea 1 e scendere a San Stae (03 fermate).
Dalla fermata di San Stae
proseguire dritto lungo la via di fronte la fermata e alla prima via a destra calle Tron al civico n°1964 (seconda porta a destra).
